Liability Waiver

I/We hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless Iona Summer Bazaar directors, owners, all members of staff, Haylie Rowberry, the City of Iona, and their employees, for any claims arising out of any injury to myself/all members of my staff that may be sustained by me/their participation in this program. I will not hold the Iona Summer Bazaar or any chairman responsible for any loss incurred by damage or theft of any items during the bazaar held on July 4 – September 5, 2020. I also will be responsible during this event by cleaning up my booth area and leaving the park looking better than I found it. I understand that if my booth area is not clean I will be given a fine.
